ALL TRAVELERS WHO PURCHASE A HOLIDAY ARRANGED BY YEAR ROUND TRAVEL INC. MUST AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING, WHICH FORMS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR CONTRACT FOR TRAVEL.
A) YEAR ROUND TRAVEL INC. cannot guarantee that accommodations, food, beverages, ground transportation, airline, cruise
ship or similar services (herein after only referred to as SERVICES) will be exactly as represented in their promotional literature, however great care is taken in the contracting
of all SERVICES, but we cannot be responsible for the errors or omissions of the supplier(s) of said SERVICE (S), which you have already purchased. When such changes
occur YEAR ROUND TRAVEL INC., will do its utmost to provide comparable SERVICES, although we cannot be liable for any differences in the quality or enjoyment except to
the extent of a lower dollar value of the substituted service. IF YEAR ROUND TRAVEL INC. is forced to cancel your holiday, our liability is limited to a refund of monies received
by us.
In some cases including but not limited to global health crises you may receive a credit for future travel in lieu of a monetary refund. These circumstances will be determined on a case by case basis and involve a force majeure scenario and are extremely rare.
B) Traveling outside of Canada. The Ontario Government requires us to advise all travelers “that there may be different living standards, practices and conditions
with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodations outside Canada.”
C) All Flights / Cruise / Coach times are “subject to change” without prior notice.
We are not responsible for any flight delays, flight schedule changes, overbooked flights, or missed connections, which may result in out of pocket expenses. As we engage
the services of “scheduled airline carriers” for most of our holidays, such problems occur very infrequently.
D) YEAR ROUND TRAVEL INC. reserves the right not to accept or
retain anyone who adversely affects the tour or overall enjoyment of the other passengers.
E) Travel Insurance: Year Round Travel Inc. recommends that you purchase trip
cancellation insurance when booking any and all vacations. In the event that you are traveling outside of Canada, we strongly recommend the purchase of Out of Country
Emergency Medical Insurance. Clients may cancel their travel insurance policy within 10 days of purchase to receive a refund of their insurance premium if they have not
departed on their covered trip and there is no claim in process. In the event of a claim, the client will be responsible for filing out and submitting a claim form provided by the
insurance company. Note: All refunds processed will be less the cancellation insurance premium portion. All clients will be provided with a policy brochure and it’s the client’s
responsibility to carefully review all terms and conditions of the policy.
